Structural fabrication offers good impact resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent electrical properties, lightweight and abrasion resistance as well. Structural fabrication allows the flexibility to design vessels of any shape or size to work in conjunction with your process needs.

Material Selection
There are a wide range of materials available for use in structural fabrication. The most common materials selected are polypropylene, polyethylene, PVC, PVDF and CPVC, which are available in various thicknesses for your particular application.


		Polypropylene Tanks Free standing polypropylene tanks eliminate the need for linings. Braced with the exterior stiffeners, these tanks can withstand the most demanding corrosive environments.


		Battery Washer This polypropylene battery washer replaced a stainless steel unit that was corroding. Working on a conveyor belt system, the batteries are jet washed free of sulfuric acid and blown dry to allow for immediate packaging.


		Polypropylene Reactors Sticking and bridging were problems for this emulsion manufacturer. Changing to polypropylene eliminated the sticking and bridging problem.


		Corzan CPVC Reactor This proprietary equipment holds six tons of fluid during reaction. The unit was fabricated from 1.25" and 2" thickness plates joined with full penetration extrusion welds.
