| | | | | Molded Tanks
Sturdy, impact-resistant molded tanks are available in either linear low density polyethylene and crosslinked polyethylene resins. These molded tanks can be manufactured using resins that meet FDA/USDA specifications to ensure safe storage of potable water, food products and pharmaceutical solutions.

| | | | | Concrete Lining Materials
AcrolineŽ takes advantage of known features of rigid plastic sheet materials: polypropylene, high density polyethylene (HDPE), Polypropylene (PPR), and PVDF.
Plastek Werks, Inc. is an approved applicator of the AcrolineŽ material. Our welding technicians have been trained, tested and certified to weld AcrolineŽ material.

| | | | | Lining Material
These advanced polymer sheet linings prevent corrosion and contamination in a variety of harsh chemical processes. Sheet lining technologies use uniform thickness materials, manufactured in accordance with various ASTM (American Society of Testing Materials) Standard Specifications, and welding is performed by certified thermoplastic welding technicians.
Sheet Lining Materials Available are: E-CTFE/HalarŽ , ETFE/TefzelŽ , Polypropylene, Polyurethane, UHMW, PVDF/KynarŽ . Various lining thicknesses are available, such as 60, 90 or 118 mil.

| | | | | Dual Laminates
All of our dual laminate products are available in the following thermoplastic liner material: PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, HalarŽ, TefzelŽ and FEP, PFA & MFA
