 Applications
The thermoplastic technicians shown are welding projects on-site that are too large for over the road transportation or projects that require final field installation. Our highly skilled field service crews can fabricate virtually any size structure on-site to meet your containment needs.
Advantages
Performing on-site service, installations, and repair can prevent costly shipping charges and/or replacement of a particular vessel or project. Plastek Werks, Inc. technicians are certified in confined entry work procedures to allow service for your most critical containment needs. Our thermoplastic technicians maintain the highest certifications available in the United States today, working primarily with German DVS and French CEN standards. Additionally, each of our welding technicians must be certified by the manufacturer for the material being welded.
Material Selection
Our certified welding technicians can weld on-site most all thermoplastic materials, including polypropylene, polyethylene, PVC, CPVC, PFA and FEP (Teflon®), E-CTFE (Halar®), PVDF (Kynar®), ETFE (Tefzel®).
